No Fraudulent Activity

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and super9 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). 3. Account Registration and Security
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account on super9. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your membership. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. super9 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify super9 immediately via live chat support if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
super9 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) procedures at any time, including but not limited to prior to processing withdrawal requests. Requested documentation may include, without limitation, a copy of a government-issued photo identification document and proof of address issued within the preceding three months. Accounts where KYC documents are not provided within a reasonable timeframe may be suspended pending verification.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on super9 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits are processed through approved payment channels, which currently include FPX, DuitNow, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Touch n Go eWallet, and Boost. The minimum deposit amount and applicable processing times are published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. super9 reserves the right to conduct additional verification prior to approving any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times are estimates and may vary based on payment provider processing schedules. super9 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Deposited funds that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to a processing fee upon withdrawal at the sole discretion of super9. All bonus balances must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
5. Betting Rules and Wager Acceptance
All bets placed on super9 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, casino game, or betting market. These rules are published within the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference. super9 reserves the right to:
- Refuse, restrict, or limit any wager at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
- Void any wager placed on an event where the result was known at the time of placement ("late betting").
- Void any wager where a material error in odds, lines, or game outcome has occurred due to technical malfunction or human error.
- Settle wagers in accordance with the official result provided by the relevant governing body or independent data provider, regardless of any displayed outcome during live streaming.
In-play betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes. It is the Member's responsibility to confirm odds at the point of placement. Once a bet is accepted by the Platform, it is binding on both parties subject to these Terms.
6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
Promotional offers, bonuses, free bets, and cashback incentives offered by super9 are subject to individual terms published at the time of the offer. General bonus conditions include:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on super9 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:
- Providing false personal information, including misrepresentation of age or identity.
- Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited.
- Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
- Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using the Platform to launder money or for any other unlawful financial purpose.
- Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent deposit or withdrawal requests.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing super9 staff or other members in any communication channel.
8. Intellectual Property
All content available on super9, including but not limited to software, design elements, logos, graphics, text, game titles, and data, is the exclusive property of super9 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. 9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, super9, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or any losses arising from gambling outcomes. 11. Account Closure and Termination
You may close your super9 account at any time by contacting our 24/7 live chat support. Upon closure of an account, any genuine real-money balance (excluding bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for refund to your last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of KYC verification where not previously performed.
